These terms apply when you use Prepnol or buy anything from it. Prepnol is run by Phayel Enterprises, Assam, India. By using the site you accept them.

Who may use Prepnol

Anyone may read the site and use the free material.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase or agree to it on your behalf, and they accept these terms together with you. Please do not pay for anything without asking them first.

Your account

Your WhatsApp number is your login identity — one-time passwords are sent there, so keep access to that number. Anyone who can read your WhatsApp messages can sign in as you.

You cannot change your own number. If you lose access to it, write to us and we will move your account across; everything you have bought moves with it.

One account is for one student. Please give us real details — we use your email and WhatsApp number to deliver what you buy, and orders sent to a wrong address are not our responsibility.

Using our material

Notes and practice tests are for your own study — personal and non-commercial. When you buy something you get the right to use it, not to own it.

Please do not copy, share, upload, resell, print for others, or systematically download our material, and do not use it to run a class or a service of your own.

Suspending an account

We may suspend or close an account that shares, resells or systematically downloads our material. Where we do, amounts already paid are not refunded.

We will tell you why, and if you think we have it wrong, write to us — we would much rather fix a misunderstanding than lose a student.

Purchases and delivery

Prices shown at checkout are final and include all charges. Payment is handled by Razorpay; we never see your card, UPI or bank details.

• PDF notes arrive as a download link that expires — the window is shown with your order. Ask us and we will re-issue an expired link.
• Printed copies are posted to the address you give at checkout.
• Test plans stay valid until 31 March (end of day, India time) falling on or after the day you buy. Buying in February therefore gives you weeks, not a year — check the date shown before you pay.

What we do not promise

We work hard to keep the material correct and the site available, but we do not guarantee either, and we do not guarantee any exam result. The disclaimer explains this properly and forms part of these terms.

Where we are liable to you for something, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the item concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use Prepnol after a change means you accept it. A change never applies backwards to an order you have already placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tezpur, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
