If something went wrong with an order

Tell us the WhatsApp number you used at checkout and, if you have it, the payment ID from your confirmation email. Those two let us find your payment straight away instead of asking you for more details.

Common ones we can fix quickly:

• Your download link expired before you used it — we will reissue it.
• You paid but the notes or test plan never appeared.
• A printed copy arrived damaged, or has not arrived at all — see the refund policy for the time limits.
• The one-time password is not arriving on WhatsApp.
